Returns Eligibility:

You may raise a return or replacement request within 48 hours of delivery under the following conditions:

      Wrong product delivered

      Expired product delivered

      Damaged product (physical damage, tampered seal, or broken packaging)

      Missing items from the order

To initiate a return:

Email us at info@wellnessmasale.com with your order ID, contact details, images and unboxing video of the delivered package.

Returns without a valid proof (image and video evidence) may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items:

      Opened or used products

      Items without original packaging or seal

      Products reported after the return window (48 hours from delivery)

Refunds:

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original method of payment.

Self-Ship Option:

In case our reverse pickup service is not available in your area, we may request you to self-ship the product to our warehouse. The shipping cost will be reimbursed upon verification.
